All items are printed to order from your chosen design, size and colour. Minor differences in colour or print placement may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
3. Prices and payment

We may change prices at any time, but orders already placed are charged at the price shown at checkout.

Payment is taken securely at the time of order via our chosen payment providers; we do not store full card details.
4. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email, forming a contract between you and us. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; in that case you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping
Processing and shipping times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Any delivery times given are estimates only and are not guaranteed, but we will aim to keep you informed of delays.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty items
Because products are custom printed to your order, we generally cannot accept returns if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. Please check size charts carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. Where a problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights under UK law.
7. Customs and international orders
For orders sent outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country’s authorities.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload harmful content. All images, designs and text on this site are our intellectual property or used with permission and must not be copied or resold without consent.
