What to include in the Refund Policy

Refund policy

Because each item is printed to order, we don’t usually accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour choice. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement of the affected item, or

  • A refund for the item to your original payment method.

You don’t normally need to return faulty items, but we may ask you to keep them while we review your claim.

Lost deliveries

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with our print and shipping partners to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where the carrier confirms it is lost.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. If an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
